After installing add_in opening mails moves to outbox

We see a strage behaviour in one of our users machine. We have a Outlook
add-in which is deployed for many users. Only one user who has Outlook 2003
has this strange behavior. When you dobule click a email in any folder it
moves to Outbox and is being sent to himself. Clicking the New button also
does nothing.

What could be causing this behaviour ?

Are you sure this is related to your addin? What else is he running in
Outlook? Disable all addins other than yours and see if the problem still
persists. If it does then you really have to either run in debug mode on
that machine or add enough logging to see where the problem is coming in.
