after installing office sp2 messages are converted to plain text

I installed SP2 for Outlook. All messages I receive are converted to plain
text.
I checked my settings for message format and I don't specify to convert to
plain text.

I also ran detect and repair that didn't help.

Any one having similar problems?

Some info & question:
- Message format settings only control the format you send in, not receive
- Are the messages in question in the Junk E-mail folder? If so, that's an
SP2 security feature.
