After Installing Project 2003 Server CAN NOT CONNECT

Hi all,

Im new to Project 2003 Server but have finished installing on a Domain
Controller Windows 2003 Server. I have installed SQL on the same server
(everything is installed on the same physical machine).

After I finish the install and try to access the admin page via
http://ipoftheserver/projectserver it gives me the following error "CAN NOT
CONNECT TO THE CONFIGURATION DATABASE"

Any ideas???

If you installed both SharePoint and Project Server on the same virtual
server, then you must add the Project Server URL exclusion in WSS Managed
paths as per the installation instructions.
