after installing SP2 - cannot access web tools sound file

Hi, - Don’t know if this is the right room to post the question but can only
try. - - I used to be able to insert a sound file into a web page using
office XP without any probs. – Since installing SP2 I cannot do it. – The
message I get when clicking on sound in the web tools box is - This object
was created in HTML IN Line SoundCTL. This application is not available.
Check to see if moved or changed name.

Can anyone help me to retrieve the web tool sound file please.

Microsoft determined that several of the web controls have a security hole,
so SP2 killed off the controls. There are no replacements at the moment, and
no hint of when there might be new ones. See
