After installing Visio

When I installed Visio under my user name everything works fine, however on
the pc when the main user who will use Visio logs in, it keeps telling her
Visio needs to reboot to finish configuration. We have rebooted about 10
times to no avail. However when I log in, nothing happens, it loads fine.

Any suggestions?
