After installing Windows 7, Outlook 2007 adds space after apostrop

After I installed Windows 7 (clean install, 32 bit) and reinstalled Office
2007, my outbound emails now add a space automatically after each apostrophe
I type. Very annoying. Any idea how to resolve this problem? Thank you!
