After installing WinFax, and error appears when opening Word

I already got technical help with MS on/after installing
WinFax which cause Word from opening up. I know that
WinFax copies a file to a directory that prevents Word
from opening. I forgot the name of the directory and name
of the file, yet since there is only one file in the
directory, it is obvious(?) that this is the file.

Have you been through this, do you remember what
directory?

Hi, Gag. The WinFax add-in will be in either the Word Startup folder or
the User Templates folder. To see where these folders are located in
your Word installation, in Word click on Tools | Options | File Locations.

And the name of the file is probably Winfwd2k.dot
