After Name Change Cannot Use Forms or Switchboard

I decided to change the name of my database. I changed it externally, from
my doc's. Now, none of my forms nor my switchbord work. The buttons no
longer function. I deleted the switchboard and tried again, but now the
switchboard wizard will not recognize the datasheets and queries in the
database. I can do everything over again, but I would prefer not to.

If it's just the Switchboard that the main problem, delete the Switchboard
form and the Switchboard Items table. Then you should be able to build a new
switchboard using the wizard.
