After publishing receive error msg

I have a user that was trying to publish a project after
making changes and she received the following message:

'the Local Resource Operations has the same name as an
enterprise resource and must be changed before the project
can be saved'

We have MSP2003 and PWA

CJ:

This message means that there is an Enterprise Generic
resource named "Operations," and the user either did not
select it from the "Build Team from Enterprise" option
and/or simply typed the name "Operations" in the Resource
Names column.

If they want to use the Ent. Generic, then have them go to
Tools>Build Team from Enterprise, and add the Ent. Generic.

If they do not, they need to open the Resource Sheet view,
and mark the the local resource "Operations" as
a "generic."

They should be able to save and publish after this.
