after restoring from wss 3.0 error is generated in publishing proj

iAfter i restored backup of epm2007 from wss 3.0 . which was successful.
but when i try to add new project task or modify existing project tasks and
then publish the project the error is generated after 95% complete
publishing.

After this error when I try to view that project in pwa at project centre is
also generated error message.

Error in PWA :

"Project Center cannot access the project(s) you are trying to view. It is
most likely that you either don't have permissions to view the project,
another user has deleted this project(s) before you were able to view it or
that another user is in the process of publishing the project".
