after sp2 install

Installed sp2 on Office XP and the other security
patches. Now every time Outlook is opened, I get prompted
to ack the EULA twice. I click ok, ack dialog box goes
away and Word opens with no document as does Outlook. All
works fine until open Oytlook again and same sequence
repeats. Any idea how to fix this? Thanks
