after SP2 update excel asks for SKU011.cab

after deploying the office 2003 SP2 we started recieving the following issue
in many workstations:

MS excel requires SKU011.can in order to run and it runs fine when it is
supplied with the path for that file
our question: is ther a way to automate this solution or is there any other
way to mitigate it.
