After Sp3 for Office XP

After installing SP3 for office a quirk has popped up. When you run the
mouse curser over a file name, instead of the 5 lines of information we
previously used to get in the hover screen (document type, author, size, date
and title) we now get just two lines, Type and Author.

This problem is 100% duplicatable
This problem is not machine specific
This problem remains even if logged in on workstation and not the network so
I am confident it is not a policy issue
This problem remains, even if logged in as domain administrator, so it does
not seem like it is a rights issue

Any ideas? My user base really needs the file date and last modified
information to work effectively
