Hello all,
I apologize if this has been posted before, but I haven't seen any specific
solutions when reviewing the postings. I recently updated my service packs
on my Win XP and Office XP system (SP3 for both). My palm Hotsync used to
work after the updates, but just a few days ago it stopped. Now when I press
the "hotsync" button, I see the window popup on my computer but it seems to
freeze after the "Identifying user" sequence. It never access outlook to
begin the synchronization. I've updated the PocketMirror software, but it
still freezes. The FAQ's listed on the Office website say that this may be
an issue, but never propose a solution except to upgrade the pocketmirror
software, which I did.
Does anyone have any solutions?
