After the evaluation, do I buy the full or upgrade version?

After the 30-day evaluation of Office Professional 2003, do I buy the full or
upgrade version? I already have Office XP and can buy the upgrade to 2003 for
about $100 less than the full version. However, I wonder whether the upgrade
Product Key will work with the installed evaluation version.

If you have Office XP Developer, Office XP Professional with FrontPage,
Office XP Professional Special Edition, Office XP Professional with
Publisher, Office XP Professional, Office XP Small Business Edition, or
Office XP Standard, then you qualify for an upgrade to Office 2003.
Uninstall the Office 2003 trial version before you install the Office 2003
upgrade version.

product for upgrade to any version of Office 2003. Office 2003 Students
and Teachers Edition is not available as an upgrade, but only as a full
version with a MSRP of US$149. See
