After uninstalling Office 2007 Beta my Encarta 2004 won't start

I had Encarta 2004 and Office 2007 Beta installed. When I uninstalled Office
2007 beta, and restarted the computer the system tray icon feature of Encarta
2004 won't start, telling me the following:

"MS Encarta Reference Library 2004. The feature you are trying to use is on
a CD-ROM or other removable Device. Insert the MS Encarta Reference Library
2004 disk and click OK"

It looks like Office 2007 beta uninstallation process deleted some file(s)
used by Encarta 2004 (it keeps asking for an L04ADXRC.msi file.)

Is there a way to communicate a probable bug to Microsoft?

I had B2TR. When I upgraded my Beta 2 to TR I wasn't able to open my Office
files because of the NAV. I didn't know at the time that I need to turn off
an Add-in in NAV and thought I need to do a clean B2TR install (again, I
didn't know that half a Gig file I downloaded wasn't an Office B2TR itself,
only the updates.) That's when I uninstalled my Office and ran into the
Encarta problem. After I reinstalled Office the problem solved itself.

So, the question remains: do they have a site or a forum to report
(probable) bugs like this?

What happens if you try to repair your Encarta installation?

This is basically the place for it. The thing is, Encarta products are
only supported by Microsoft for 3 years and Encarta 2007 just came out.
Hence, even if this is a bug, Microsoft wouldn't fix it, because Encarta
2004 is no longer supported by them.
When the error came up, where you able to get over it by putting the
Encarta CD into your computer?

I didn't try to, because I was out at a WiFi internet cafe and didn't have
the CD. I just reinstalled Office and the installation probably restored the
files my Encarta needed.

Also, if it is a bug, it would be Office's uninstall bug, not Encarta's,
because the Office uninstall (maybe) deletes a file it considers to be used
only by Office.
