After Upgrade Now Missing Office XP Shortcut Bar

I don't know if there are issues with SP3 in Office XP taking it away (I
didn't find any KBs saying this) but just go to Add/Remove>Office Tools>and
reinstall the Shortcut Bar.

I installed Office to my "E" drive and although it is said that it is
located in
C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Microsoft\Office\Shortcut Bar

I found my Toolbar in E:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office 10\Shortcut
Bar

You could try running detect and repair>Help>Detect and Repair from within
any Office app or this should get it back...

Why not go to Add/Remove>Office XP>Office Setup>Add/Remove Features>Office
Tools>Shortcut Bar and reinstall it. Just follow the SS in this link, and
instead of the Equation Editor, click on Office Tools>Shortcut bar and you
should be back good to go. See illustrations here:

Hey this really is neat never tried this before but I am happy with results
