After upgrade to Office Pro 07 I lose access to some spaces in Gro

Operating system - XP Pro SP2. Since upgrading to Office Pro 2007 (from
Office Pro 2003) Groove Pro 3.1a has not functioned correctly. When I try to
open some workspaces in Groove I get an error message that tells me that the
workspace should be opened in Groove. When I click OK I get another error
message saying that Scripts are not working. When I want to report these
errors I sometimes get an error message that tells me Groove is not able to
build diagnostic files.

Groove itself does not appear to have a repair feature to check the
application, and there seems to be no way to check for updates from within
the program.

Please help me to restore the functionality within Groove. Thank you.
