After upgrading from Office 2000 to XP, why can't Office Assistan.

I just upgraded Office 2000 to Office XP. When I try to view Office
Assistant, I get error stating there's a problem with its installation and
asking if I want to reinstall it. But reinstalling it doesn't fix the
problem. I've also tried running the REPAIR function on the Office XP disk,
but that didn't fix it either.

Anyone have any ideas?
