I have Picture It Premium. I scanned in a piece of original art and removed
the white background with the edge finder tool. The problem is that I cannot
cut or copy, then paste into my Printmaster program without taking the white
background, that i thought was eliminated, with it. When I try to paste the
art so I can overlap type, I have the white square background overlaping my
type. I have done everything except gargle crunchy peanut butter and spit
quarters and I think I'll try that next, for all the tutorial help has given
me. I consider myself to be a functioning illerate, so break it to me
gently.

Since your problem seems to be with PrintMaster (and/or PictureIt!), it is
off-topic in a Word newsgroup, and I doubt that you'll get much help here.
Try asking in a NG for PictureIt!
