Agenda Table of Contents

Gladys

Working in Word XP. I have a monthly Agenda/TOC which
Includes Line Items that need to appear on the Agenda
Monthly, even if there is nothing in that Months Current
Document.

Is there an Easy way to auto update the Agenda's page
numbers while not affecting the Agenda's appearance.

For example.

I. Opening Procedure
a. Call To Order

II. Public Participation.............................2
a. Audiences
b. Laudatory resolutions

III Petitions and Communications.....................5

IV. Committee Human Services.........................7

V. Committee County Services........................

VI. Committee Compensation..........................8

etc. But if the Committee County Services didn't appear
for the meeting We still need on agenda but without page
number.

HELP!!!

Hi Gladys,

I know of no way to generate a TOC that includes page
numbers for some items, but not for others. About all I can
suggest is that, just before you print, you
- delete what you don't want
- lock the TOC field (click in it, then Ctrl+F11) so that
it can't update (until you use Ctrl+Shift+F11 to unlock)
