agentsvr.exe error

I had to un-install Office 2000 among other things to get
my kids' computer functioning again. All is working well
except when I try to initiate an Outlook or Power Point
session I get "agentsvr.exe caused an error" and that
window freezes. Word and Exel work finewith any problem.

I have re installed and tried the detect and repair but it
does not seem to find the problem and fix it.

Anyone have any suggestions?
