Aggregate functions (min, sum) in Custom Project Fields

Is it possible to have a Custom Field on Project Level that is an aggregate
function of task properties (e.g. minimum task duration)?

Yes, within defining a task custom field, you can set the Calculation for
Summary Rows, choose Rollup, then Aver, Min, Max, etc.
