Agree and install button to download does not work

I have the office 2003, and when going to the office udpate site, I am told
that I need to update 3 different things. When I click the "agree and
install" button, this does absolutely nothing and takes me nowhere. Any
ideas on ways to get this to work/upgrade?

Do you have the latest Windows Script installed?

Windows Script 5.6 for Windows XP and Windows 2000

Yes...I do...and I also figured out what was wrong. I am an AOL user and was
going through AOL. While signed off AOL, I inadvertently opened up my
internet explorer window, which directed me to the update page, so I thought
to try and access the update through that means instead, and I was able to
update just fine that way. There was likely a firewall issue with regard to
AOL, but I am not exactly sure why AOL wouldn't let the update download.
