AIP install with MST

i'm using an office 2003 admin install point with a
transform to set default outlook exchange settings.

i'm using group policy to deploy and custom install
wizard to make the transform. this should allow me to
leave existing outlook profiles intact, but set the
exchange server name and default mail account (%
username%) for new profiles.

however after installing existing user profiles are left
intact but new profiles run the outlook profile wizard
rather than picking up the defaults specified in the
transform.

anyone had any luck with ciw??

Is there a PRF file in %PROGRAMFILES%\Microsoft Office

Also, how are you starting Outlook? From the special windows installer
shortcut or a normal windows shortcut?
