HI , CAN ANYONE HELP ME, I HAVE BEEN USING THIS SAME LAP TOP AND
PRINTER SINCE NOV 2006, NO PROBS, AT HOME ONLY, I TYPED A WORD DOC
( STANDARD LETTER ) 3 WKS AGO AND PRINTED OFF NO PROB, I CAN STILL
PRINT THAT LETTER AND OLD LETTERS TOO, BUT ALL NEWLY CREATED WORD AND
EXCEL DOCS ARE NOT PRINTING, JUST BLANK PAGES ARE PRINTING/ COMING
OUT, EVEN A NEWLY CREATED 2 PAGE WORD DOC ( LETTER ) IS PRINTING BLANK
AS TWO BLANK PAGES.

I HAVE NOT TOUCHED ANY SETTING OR BUTTONS ON MY WORD SET UP AS DONT
USE WORD ANE EXCEL MUCH AT HOME, JUST AT WORK ON MY WORKS PC ETC.

I CAN PRINT MY AOL EMAILS AND INTERNET STUFF IE, BBC WEATHER PAGE OFF
OK.

I HAVE HAD HELP FROM THE MICRO SOFT/ MSM FORUM, A KIND MAN CALLED ED
HAS BEEN ADVISING ME OF WHAT SETTINGS ONMY WORD 2003/ XP/ TO CHECK AND
THEY ARE ALL PERFECT, I HAVE COLOUR AND BLACK CARTRIDGE SO ITS NOT A
COLOUR FONT PROBLEM.

NO ONE HAS TOUCHED THIS LAP, NO ONE AT ALL.

I CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHAT HAS GONE WRONG IN THE LAST TWO WKS SINCE I
LAST OPENED UP WORD 2003 AND USED IT FOR ONE NEW LETTER.

I EMAILED MY MATE MY NEWLY CREATED LETTERS AS WORD ATTACHMENTS, AND
SHE COULD PRINT THEM STRAIGHT AWAY WITH NO PROB ON HER WORKS PC FOR
ME, AND SHE GAVE ME THE HARD COPY LETERS BY HAND.

THIS LAP TOP AND MICRO SOFT OFFICE 2003 TEACHER AND STUDENT EDITION
WAS BOUGHT BY ME BRAND NEW AT PC WORLD NOV 2006, AND IT HAS BEEN
WORKING PERFECT FOR PRINTING UNTIL NOW ( FOR NEW DOCS ONLY THE PROB
IS ) I HAVE CHECKED ALL THE MARGINS, AND PRINT SETTINGS, AND WHEN I
PRES ..PRINT PREVIEW ...THE LETTER LOOKS FINE, IT JUST PRINTS AS A
BLANK PAGE !!!

THANKS FOR ANY HELP, SHEILA, LONDON, ALSO MY LAPT TOP WAS BOUGHT AT
THE SAME TIME AS THE NEW SOFTWARE 2006.

PLEASE HELP ME, THANKS

You are much more likely to attract help if you will not post in all caps,
which in online communities is regarded as SHOUTING and is very difficult to
read. It also helps if you keep all the discussion of a single problem in a
single thread.
