Alert Message

I need my Title form to display an alert message if
someone enters a address that has been previously entered
into my RealEstate table. If possible, please somehow
direct me to all the previous records with same addresses
after alert message. I am only a beginner and would like
to thank anyone who can help ahead of time.

Hallo,

Maybe i do understand you wrong. Did you try to set the index value for the
field address in the table to yes no duplicates? This garantees the
uniguenes of your addresses. Directing to all the previous addresses is not
necessary anymore as there would be no previous addresses with the same
value.
