Alert on my outlook from worksheet

Its urgent, can anyone please help me find a solution. I am new to excel and doesn't have idea about VB so request you to please help me.

I have a work sheet which includes several due dates for a particular product. I want to set up a mail alert on my outlook or mobile phone on due dates 1 month prior to occurance of due date.

Pls help me.
