Alerts for Timesheets

I need to generate an Alert to the employee who didn't submit the Timesheet
by the certain time. Next step - send Alert to the manager. The
out-of-the-box Alerts are for Tasks and Jobs. How to create one for
Timesheets?

Any ideas?

Your other questions rely on accessing the Reporting database using a tool
such as SQL Reporting Services. This is a tool with which I am not
proficient, therefore, I shall rely on others to answer those questions.
