align objects independently

Hello,

I have a Word doc that has a table with info in it and then I've added one
drawing object (with text wrap) to each of the four sections of my table but
am unable to move the drawing objects without having them align to grid.

Any suggestions on how I can move them independent of the grid? I've tried
all the usual ways to allow this but no luck.

Pressing Alt while dragging overrides the grid.
