align text to a curve

dointhings

hi
I've searched the help section as copied below and created an autoshape
curve using the curve tool as per steps 1 & 2.
I can't do step 3. when I right click on the curve autoshape that I created
the "Add Text" option doesn't appear?

what am I doing wrong??

1.Click AutoShapes click a category, and then click the shape you want.
2.Click where you want the shape to go, and drag it to the size you want.
3.Right-click the AutoShape, click Add Text, and then type your text.

thanks
Sue

Doingthings,
When an object is selected and you type text it will be centered in the
object. You can change that by going to Format - AutoShape - textbox tab -
at the top you can change the alignment. But you will not be able to make
text follow a shape like a curve.
The best thing would be to use WordArt text. You can find it on the drawing
toolbar (look for the large A button). Once you typed the text you can
adjust it using the WordArt toolbar. It won't be easy though.

Hi Luc
Thanks for lettimg me know, WordArt won't do what I want, so I think I will
create the whole thing in Photoshop and bring it back into PP as an image.

regards
Sue
