Align to Grid

I have already placed some boxes and connecting lines and other shapes onto
my worksheet but they are not lining up properly. I have a lot of my
connector lines that are awkwardly positioned and it just looks aweful. How
can I make them all snap into their proper postiions so that they look good
and how do I keep it like that?

Also if your diagram is just suffering from some misalignment, try selecting
several shapes and choosing Shape > Align Shapes (or just press F8).
Aligning shapes will usually eliminate minor zig-zags in connectors.
