Aligning connector lines

I have created an org chart using text boxes and connector lines. I want to
realign the connector lines so that the horizontal line is at a lower level
than occurs automatically (there is one box at the top with connectors going
to 10 separate boxes below).

I know how to drag the little yellow marker but I have trouble lining them
all up perfectly horizontally. Turning on snap to grid or snap to other
objects doesn't make any difference. There must be an easy way to do this????
