Can anyone tell me how to align a group of fields in a Form either

Hold the Ctl key while selecting each control that you want to align then from
the menu bar...

Format - Align - (Top, Bottom, Left, Right)

Hi, Rose.
Can anyone tell me how to align a group of fields in a Form either
horizontally or vertically without using select all.

Set up your toolbar using the instructions in the Gem Tip, "Useful toolbar
buttons for repositioning/resizing groups of controls quickly" on the
following Web page:

http://www.access.qbuilt.com/html/gem_tips.html

Then drag your mouse around the objects you want to align to select them,
then select one of the "Align" buttons on the toolbar.

Actually, you need to hold the Shift key to select multiple controls by
clicking them with the mouse (or in some cases you can place the cursor
outside of the controls, then hold down the left mouse button while dragging
across the controls you want to select). You can also select a group of
controls by dragging or by selecting all, then holding the Shift key while
clicking in order to unselect certain controls. This technique can be handy
if you need to move all but a few controls.
