I noticed that this post is only 3 minutes later that the original... which
leads me to suspect that you may have a misconception about how newsgroups
work. Those who participate here are not MS employees being paid to sit
around waiting to pounce on a question the moment it's asked
Nor is
distribution of messages via news servers anywhere near as instantaneous as
email.
This isn't a direct line to MS Tech Support. It's a public forum visited by
volunteer users attempting to offer assistance to other users. As such it
may take hours for anyone to even see your question & just as long for their
reply to appear. Be patient & check back periodically for replies. If you
have an issue that demands immediate resolution a newsgroup isn't the place
to ask. Instead you can contact MS Tech Support directly as noted here:

Depending on circumstances there will most likely be a fee involved, so if
