alignment of text with interactive button

Hi,

I'm trying to create a series of interactive buttons along the left border
of my web page. I'm using the 'braided colum' button and for some reason when
I set the horizontal alignment of the text to 'left', it pushes the text very
very close to the button.
Is there any way to leave a bit more space between the button and the text
while still keeping a consistent margin between all the buttons in the left
column?

Put the buttons in a table (1st column size wider than your buttons in px) and the text in the second column of the same table

Use spaces before the button text to push to the right. This will
work with Interactive Buttons, but not with "theme" buttons, which
remove leading spaces.
