Alignment when printing envelopes

I have always had no problem printing envelopes with my printer. All of the
sudden, the No.9 envelopes are printing in the wrong place on the envelope.
Both the return address and mailing address are shifted about 3 1/2 inches to
the right of where they should be. Can anyone help?
