I AM SENDING MY WORD RESUME TO PEOPLE WHO HAVE WINDOWS. WHEN THEY OPEN THE DOCUMENT IT'S NOT ALIGNED PROPERLY (EVEN THOUGH IT IS ON MY END). WHAT IS HAPPENING?

You are typing in all capital letters, which is "shouting" and considered
very rude.

If you have used spaces to position things in your document, you must expect
the alignment to collapse on any other machine. Spaces have a variable
width, set by the printer on the recipient machine.

Use tabs and tables and columns to line things u properly, and they will
stay that way wherever you send it.

Cheers

In addition to John's comments, if you want the recipients to see the doc as
you created it & they don't have to (or *shouldn't* be allowed to) edit it,
send them a PDF instead... and I sure hope your resume wasn't in ALL CAPS if
you had any hopes of being invited for an interview.
