All appointment times are glitched

My company has a version of MS Outlook 2003 on its share driver. Employees
use it for a universal calendar. (The e-mail has been disabled). Recently
when I checked the calendar, all of the All-Day events had been extended to
two days. In addition to that, events appear as All-Day Events because there
is no time designated next to them, however when I open the events it states
that it occurs from 1 a.m. to 1 a.m. the following day.

When my boss opens the calendar everything looks fine. All of the All-Day
events are only one day and they really are All-Day events.

She's printing me a copy of the calendars as shown from her end, and I'm
about to go through MS Outlook on my end and correct all of the All-Day
events, which are many.

We have both checked the path to the universal calendar and we are both
accessing the same calendar, however it's all messed up on my end.

I ran Miscrosoft updates and no updates were found for my computer.

Anyone have any idea how this is happening?

Depending on your location have you applied the DST-patch and, no matter
where you life, do you have the correct timezone and DST settings?

I verified that I am on GMT-East Coast Time (I'm on the east coast USA). I
then ran the microsoft DST patch and got the following Error Message,
"KB931836 Setup Error: Update cannot be installed as a newer or same timezone
update has already been installed on the system."

I continued to follow the next step on the Microsoft web site for DST
updates. It said to update the MS Outlook 2003 further by downloading the
"Time Zone Data Update Tool". I did that and it ran and installed that
perfectly. I then followed the instructions to select my mail box and verify
my timezone, which were all correct.

However, when I went back into my calendar all all of the problems stated in
the original posting were still there; nothing had changed.

And your boss have applied the patch as well? You are in the same timezone
and both have DST enabled in your settings?

Roady, since I was the only one in the company with the problem, I simply
disabled DST. Having everyone apply the patch and then running the patch on
the MS Outlook on the server might have been a catastrophy. Problem solved!
