All attendees getting updates

When I add someone to a recurring meeting, I request that the invite goes
only to be send to the added/deleted attendees. However, everyone listed for
this meeting is getting the updates. Is there a fix locally or is it an
Exchange issue? HELP!!

hi Diane, she is using Outlook 2007 w/SP1. Outlook doesn't crash or anything.
I didn't see anything in the KB release that addresses this?
