All but two users can view calendar in Outlook 2K

At the company I work for a user set up a calendar for
everyone in his office. All but two people can view the
calendar. Everyone has the same rights and permissions to
the calendar. Everyone is running Winodws 2000 with all
the latest patches and updates. They are also all running
Office and Outlook 2000.
We can not figure out why these two are not able to view
the calendar with permission to do so while the others can
view the calendar.
Any ideas?
