all caps problem

Hi Folks,
I am using Outlook 2003 updated. I have my message format set to RTF. When I
compose a message the text is all caps by default. It changed somehow, but I
don't know what I did for that to happen. I can change it by de-checking all
caps under fonts of the message format for each compose message individually.
But how can I reset it to be lower case by default ? In other words, how can
I have that all caps option de-checked by default? There is not option for it
in fonts for Outlook in general. Thanks folks!
