All Day Appointments and Weekends when moving to different Time Zo

Chris Gorham

Hi,

I've moved time zones and I've reset Windows to my new time zone. However
all day appointments created in my original time zone now span 2 days - since
they keep their existing start and finish time. How can I eliminate this...??

Also, I'm currently working in the Middle East and of course the weekends
are Thursday and Friday. How can make Outlook deal with this. I've already
adjusted the work week in Calendar Options, but it has not updated the way
that Outlook displays the weekend. In the view I use Saturday and Sunday
share one "square" - I want to make this Thursday and Friday.

Just to make things more complex - I sync Outlook with my Ipaq 5550...

For the weekend days being Thursday/Friday, sorry but there is no way to
change it in English Outlook (not sure about other language versions of
Office that may take that into account.)

For the items now spanning two days, try exporting to Excel, massage the
times there and then import back to Outlook.
