all day appointments crossing 2 days

When i get invited to all day appointments, they appear
in my diary as beginning at noon and finishing noon next
day, while person inviting me has "All Day" ticked. Any
ideas?

Ensure your time zone settings match between your Windows System (Control
Panel) and Outlook's calendar (Tools->Options->Calendar Options) - also
check to make sure that the daylight savings time settings match as well.
