All Day Event scheduled across time zones are being converted

When I schedule an All Day Event and include users from other time zones, it
converts the event to their time zone. For example, an All Day Event on Feb
1 sent from CST to GMT will change to a Feb 1 6:00pm to Feb 2 6:00pm event,
causing it to show up on 2 days of the calendar instead of just one. It also
unchecks the All Day Event checkbox.

Any suggestions on how to avoid the conversion and to keep it as an All Day
Event would be appreciated
