All day events appear as appointments over two days when sharing calendar

I am the only one in the office who receives updates from
other's calendars that show up as appointments over 2
days instead of an all day event. We are all sharing one
calendar - all are editors - all using Outlook 2000. Any
suggestions on what is wrong and how I can fix it? Thanks
