All day events getting time shift with iCal

I'm experiencing a problem that started just recently. New all day events in my iCal Entourage calendar end up syncing in the Casablanca time zone on the Exchange server. It appears that this is GMT. Similarly some all day events created on a PC and sync'd to the Exchange server end up coming over to iCal with the wrong time stamp. This was not a problem until a couple of months ago and may be related to a Mac OS update. I'm running Entourage 2004, iCal 3.0.6, and OS 10.5.6. Anybody experiencing the same problem or have a solution?
