All-Day Events not displayed fully

The Facts: Windows XP Pro, Outlook 2003 on my Dell Laptop.
When printing a monthly calendar, Appointments are displayed fully, spanning
multiple lines, if necessary. All-Day Events remain as one line only with
text lopped off. Am I missing something obvious in setup to correct this
display problem?

Example: 8:30am-10:00am Henry to the Airport
on monthly printout reads
1ST LINE: 8:30am Henry to 2ND LINE: the 3RD LINE: Airport
Whereas the All-Say listing for Election Day (United States)
on monthly prinout reads
1ST LINE: Election Day (United S
