all day events should not be affected by timezone changes

When travelling, and therefore changing timezones - the calendar in outlook
changes the appointments to reflect the timezones they were made in.

This is a good thing - but I would like the option for 'all day events' not
to follow this behaviour. If I marked 4th of July as a day off 'all day
event' then I still have the 4th of July of even when in Europe - not half
of the 4th and half of the 5th.

This is true for all outlook versions.

What do you think?
