All day events

I am also having this issue using Outlook 2002 SP2. It
appears to only be a problem with calenders in different
time zones. I have searched high and low for an answer
and have yet found a solution.

You didn't say what the problem is. All day events copied from one machine
to another in different time zones will appear to span multiple days.

The problem is all day events becoming multi-day events.
This is extemely frustrating. We have several users in
different time zones. I am in the central time zone.
When I go to look at a users calender who is on the east
coast his events show up spanned across multiple days,
however when the user looks at his calender the events
are displayed properly. All time zone setting are set
correct in bolth Windows and Outlook. Day light savings
is turned on, I tried turning it off as well.

This is an annoying limitation with no workaround, produced by the way
Outlook stores all-day items as with time-specific dates. If you're in
Central time and you look at a user's calendar who is in Eastern time, an
all-day event for him will span two days for you, and vice versa.
